Bulk Continuous Ink System (CIS) for: Epson R2400 (Related Review
This Ink System is now working fine on the first install. The problem is that I live in Denver which is 5280 feet above sea level. Before you ever complete step 2. d. "Hold down the ink tank with one hand and remove the original air plug as shown." BEFORE YOU EVER DO THAT!!! Gently remove the 'filling hole plug' (which is just across from the air plug) and then gently put the 'filling hole plug' back. This will stabalize the air pressure in the ink tank. IF YOU DON'T DO THIS AND THERE IS TOO MUCH PRESSURE THEN THE INK WILL EXPLODE ALL OVER YOUR WORK SURFACE WHEN YOU REMOVE THE AIR PLUG. My hands are covered in ink. I had to wipe everything down.
