This is my second set of OEM Brothers cartridges. Like the first set that I bought for my new printer, the cartridges had loose or missing seals probably causing the ink to clog the printer. I've called Brpthers three times and they asked me to send them back for possible warranty but so far, they haven't told me where to send them.
The Brothers printer works well but the OEM cartridges do not. Unfortunately the printer is under warranty and Brothers is probably ready to void the warranty if I use non OEM cartridges.
II would not recommend Brothers ink cartridges at this time. They seem to have a quality problem.

They did not work. My printer didn't recognize that I replaced the cartridge. The packaging was different than refills I have purchased before, instead of being vacuumed close to the cartridge it was loose in the package.

I use to buy my Brother ink from Costco but when I went to order the three color cartridges they had a minimum of two sets at twenty four dollars a set and the black cartridge was extra. This set has the black cartridge included and the price is less the Costco was for the set of three colors and they are OEM cartridges too so it looks like Costco just lost another customer.. Shipping was very fast and it was free thru Amazon. Will buy again when I need more ink.
