I received my order and when I install the T0530 color cartridge and select print it tells me that I don't have a cartridge install! I have check to make sure tape was removed on item and it was and it still does not reconize. I need a replacement shipped out immediately for replacement for this defective item. I need it ASAP and ask that you expedite it to me like overnight express or something to that effect. Thank you, Mike CouchMy response:
We are sorry to read that the color cartridge is not working properly with the printer.
With ink cartridge's specifically, we are not able to issue replacements, only refunds. Given, the description though, a replacement would not benefit you as the defect comes from the chip on the cartridge.
We have issued the refund in the amount of $6.09 which has been posted to your Amazon account effective today. Amazon will credit the original method of payment used in the initial transaction. If this refund has not been received within 3-5 business days, please contact Amazon directly.
We will not need the cartridge back from you, please simply recycle it at your convenience.
