Words can not express the way i feel about this product from this seller.This is my second time purchasing this product from the same seller or-though i paid two dollars for the product it was well worth the extra expense. i pull out the old one put in the new one and away i went printing as usual. The ink only worked partially never will order again what a let down.I purchased this for my mother and she was so hoping not to have to buy new printer. I guess we will buy a new printer. So said not to be able to buy something that really works
