I have had nothing but trouble with these cartridges. The printer says they are either empty or not installed at all, when I get it to copy (it won't print from the computer with these cartridges in it) the blue is absent, prints everything in pink. Tried every troubleshooting solution that I could find on the internet but there is no fix for second rate products. I guess I got what I paid for. Now it is going to cost me sooo much more because I have to go to the office store and pay for the REAL thing.

These re-manufactured ink cartridges work ok. The only problem I have is that they don't reboot the low ink warning indicator on the unit. I also had this problem on a Canon 6100 printer when I didn't use "new" cartridges. At least with the Lexmark Printer, the warning indicator doesn't actually shut down the printer like the Canon does so as long as u can deal with that, re-manufactured cartridges work fine...

After installation of refilled black & color cartridges, I printed the alignment page but only the color portion printed. As noted on a previous comment, I received the same notice of inncorrect cartridges installed. I then noticed there were 2 small squares on the original Lexmark cart. strip that were not present on the replacement ones. That may be what the printer looks for to verify it as correct for that model. In any case the refilled cart. should be original Lexmark products.

the black ink is ink, but the color ran out in like three color copys. I made copys of the nfl symbol it didnt even have a lot of coverage..like they say u get what u pay for :(
