I recently received a replacement toner cartridge for the one I sent back that proved defective. The company stood by their pledge to make it right eventually. I just wish I didn't have to go through the whole process of having to explain myself and mail back the original item. Please remove the Q5942A description as these will not work in all situations that a Q5942A would work in. I still had some previous empties so I was able to get these to work by swapping memory chips with correct 42A instead of 42X identification so that it would work.
