Excellent product. After buying refill kits and trying to refill my own ink cartridges with failure. I had to have new cartridges for my printer soon for business purposes. I hated to pay the expense of new ones so I looked here on Amazon and found Sophia Global. Bought some cartridges and was thrilled that it all worked so well first try no problems. Just as good as the ones in the stores you buy at double the cost. Great quality prints which is a must have for my business. What I was also impressed with is the instructions and customer service which is becoming a lost art these days. Thank Sophia Global I will definitely buy from you again.
