I have tried to install the cartridge several times. I get an error message "alignment problem, remove tape from cartridge". I did that before installing the cartridge. The tape I removed is about 4.5 inches long, red, yellow, blue incl a .375 " wide blue strip X 2 " long.
How do I get a replacement/refund? (I have replaced ink cartridges several times in the past and not had any difficulty.)

Haven't used these yet, have bought them before. Print comes out real good. Have owned a Dell printer for several years, it has lasted the longest of all the other brands we have owned.
