This cartridge lasted less than two weeks before the colors weren't printing. Cartridge probably dried out from sitting on the shelf too long. Although you will pay a little more purchasing direct from Dell, I recommend doing so. I have never had a problem with any cartridge purchased directly from Dell. Your taking a chance shopping for lower prices elsewhere. I will not make that mistake again.

Just as described, does the job and it was affordable, so far printed lots of forms and still have plenty of ink left, would order again in the furture!

I ordered this along with the black ink cartridge and am throughly satisfied. It came well sealed and the ink seemed fresh. I installed both new cartridges and have been very satisfied. I definitely will order again as long as they keep the prices reasonable.

I have had the same printer for about 8 years now, and have not bothered to install color ink in it for about 3 or 4 years. The past few times a replaced these cartridges, they are not only expensive, but it seems like the magenta color is always drying out in the cartridge too quickly, and it screws up the printing for my work. I have had bad luck with the Dell printer and ink cartridges, I recommend staying away from them :(

When installed on my printer, this cartridge did not work. I cannot determine whether the cartridge was at fault or if something was wrong with the printer. I scrapped printer and cartridges (it would print with the black cartridge.)
