You would think that ordering am inkjet for a fax machine would be fairly simple. After all, you could just jump in your car and go to the nearest office supply store like Staples or Office Max to get the same product. In the future, that is exactly what I am going to do.

This company took FOREVER to get something this small and simple even in the mail to me. It was not until I filed a complaint with them, that they told me they would send the item out to me via FedEx. It came via USPS more than a week later.

The product is fine and simple. However,I will never do business with this company ever again!

I had ordered this inkjet cartridge to be used with the HP 640 fax machine that I had purchased. However, the machine did not work and I had to send it back, therefore, I had no need for this cartridge any more.
