After reviewing several alternatives to the more expensive HP replacement ink cartridges, I chose this product from Sophia Global. It never worked. Only a few black splatters appeared on the paper after many, many attempts to resolve the issue. Definitely would recommend! No problems what so ever. My HP Officejet L7500 recognized the cartridges immediately and without issues. Actually put the cartridges in at different times with success each time. Just did a large print job (500+ fliers) with a lot of pictures and need more ink again. Had to look up the vendor because I was completely impressed with the refurbished quality. Just ordered another set.

started getting white bands in print and copy, after hours trying to figure out and fix I think it is the black cartridge and will probably need to replace it, have cleaned and aligned (repeat, repeat) has gotten a bit better, which is why I think the cartridge is the problem, but still can get a reliably clean print.
