We have a Lexmark S400 All-In-One printer. The cartridge was recognized and printed but the ink was not the best quality. It resulted in spotty print jobs where the ink was smeared coming out of the printer or entire letters were not printed. The first few pages were fine but after that it continued to worsen. We replaced it with store brand ink from our local Meijer because we had a big print job to run and could not wait for a replacement. The store brand replacement worked great so I know it's not our printer.
I did contact the seller and received prompt and courteous service which included a full refund of the product.

I've purchased this several times and have been satisfied. As it's remanufactured, I didn't expect it to print perfectly clear that's the nature of remanufactured cartridges. But, the clarity is better than I've experienced elsewhere.
