The product was shipped right away. I had no problems with the shipment or packaging. They are original HP ink cartridges that have been filled. This is a super way to keep us in ink and save money as well. The only thing that I would like to see, is the ink last longer. It seems as though I had just changed the ink cartridge and it was time to replace it again. I will be keeping an eye on how much I am using my printer on a calender and the the time the ink lasts. It just may be I am using my printer more than I am aware of. I do, however really like this product, the ink is super in black and in color. I will be purchasing from this company again.

I have purchased ink refills before, but quickly realized all re-manufactured cartridges are not the same. I even considered doing my own ink refills, also took my carts to Costco and had them refilled; but I was not satisfied overall. So I searched AMAZON and did comparisons and landed on this re-man'd ink cartridge. I'm a writer, so my printer has got to be inked up and ready to go, and when I print, I don't want any cartridges that can't keep up with the speed. I gave a top rating to these cart's as they perform just like new ones, and the comparable price is both competitive with other like rebuilds, and way below new ones. Throw in budget considerations, I really don't think you can beat the overall value of these cartridges: comparatively inexpensive, same ink quality as new, perform like new cartridges, delivered as promised; believe me I'll be buying this one again and again.

I actually had an HP color cartridge refilled at my local Fry's and my printer wouldn't recogize it. These work just fine and I'll order more as long as my printer doesn't break down.

I bought 6 (2 colored and 4 black) ink cartridges so far and I'm fully satisfied with the products. One of the colored ink cartridge was initially rejected by the printer but after applying and removing scotch tape on the dotted ink cartridge sensor located on the front side of the ink cartridge (interface between printer and ink cartridge),everything proceeded as usual. The quality of print outs are excellent. I would highly recommend these ink cartridges.
