I received the product and installed into my printer. The product worked as well as a new package, which had been purchased last time at double the cost. i will certainly use these products again; no problem!I bought this product and the bright colors worked perfect but the black ink never look or printed black is out of fax machine and I wasted my money in some ink that is in a ziploc bag.
