I installed one of the black cartridges and ran my test page. On my printer the test page prints blue & black. There was no black and the bottom of the cartridge was real wet. So I installed the other one and it worked just fine. Never had any trouble with Toner Pals before, so I decided not to persue any actions on this purchase.

Lasted just a few pages and stopped printing!!!!First I was sent a single cartidge instead of the pack of 2. Then the quality of print out was poor and finally stopped printing after a few pages.
