One of the 3 large black cartridges straight up didn't work because the "CHIP" isn't mounted on the cartridge properly. My printer wouldn't recognize it at all. All the others that I have tried are very flaky about being inserted. You sometimes have to insert them over and over and wiggle them around to get them to work. Also, the Canon software doesn't show all of the information about the ink levels like it does with OEM cartridges. However, once you get something printed, the colors do look pretty good.
Ultimately, these are so much cheaper than the genuine cartridges that if you don't mind jacking with the printer and having a few duds, it's a pretty good deal.

SHIPPED BY USPS. EACH CARTRIDGE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPED IN PLASTIC. TWO CARTRIDGES LEAKED BEFORE I OPENED THE PACKAGE. INK ON MY HANDS WAS BETTER THAN IN MY PRINTER! MANY CARTRIDGES HAD DIFFERENT COLOR INK SMEARS INSIDE THE PLASTIC, THAN THE COLOR INK IN THE CARTRIDGES. COST ME $6.85 TO RETURN THEM (MINUS THE TWO THAT LEAKED,WHICH I WAS TOLD NOT TO RETURN) I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE SENT THEM BACK, SO THEY COULD DEALT WITH THE SAME THING THEY SENT TO ME! SEEMS THEY HAVE QUALITY CONTROL, PACKING AND SHIPPING ISSUES. I DOUBT THEY WILL REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT IT COST ME TO ORDER FROM THEM. ( RETURN COST) GOOD LUCK!

I was not sure about buying an off brand of ink for my computer, but for the price I had to at least try it. If I go to walmart to buy printer ink, it costs my $75. This ink works great and I will be buying more when I start getting low on this. Thank you so much!!

Using in my Pixma 3600 and cant tell any difference from what came with the printer when new. time will tell.
