When I opened and inserted the first cartridge for my Canon laser printer,I got very faint, nearly illegible print, which did not improve with re-setting the contrast. Number 2 and 3 cartridges

had the same problem. I sent an email to Amazon to complain bitterly about the poor performance. To the suppliers credit, they responded instantly with an offer for a full refund and provided freight for a free return.

Nonetheless i was left with no ink and had to purchase a cartridge locally, which is working properly. Perhaps the off-label cartridges, although well priced, are not up to snuff.

This product is not compatible with my ImageClass MF 4450 which uses 128 cartridge. The printer identifies the cartridges from this seller as empty. I can force the print, but it will not print faxes when they arrive. I was not happy about it. Don't trust this product.

These toners are junkier than the word JUNK can ever explain. Fine print is completely illegible, and normal print is bumpy and horrorcious.What's cheap IS cheap.

I got a good product this time at a good price and I actually receive it. This is more than I can say for my Sony DPP-FP50/2 toner which I never received and paid over $150 for. It made me leery about buying anything from Amazon and Pay pal
