This print cartridge works beautifully in my Canon iP4300. However, upon removal of "The plastic orange thing" a significant quantity of ink propelled itself onto my finger, my floor, and upon my favorite pair of shorts. Five stars for value and performance, minus two for destructive potential.
EDIT: My colleagues have suggested that the ink expulsion may have been precipitated by the high elevation of Boulder, Colorado (approx. 5,000 feet). Thus, it is likely that these cartridges will open without incidence at lower elevations.

Ink works just fine :) Hopefully it can withstand the test of time. I did notice a hole which they probably used to fill the ink. Just be a bit careful when removing the tape.

This is the first time we've ordered ink from this supplier. It was incredibly cheap, and therefore we can't complain too much. It worked. Not the brightest colors, and the first cartridge didn't seem to last very long. The second one leaked when the tape was removed. Luckily, it only dripped on a desktop. It was the only one we had so we used it anyway. It took a couple of tries before the printer would recognize it. The computer still sees that cartridge as empty, but so far it's printing. We've ordered replacements. From another supplier. Not as cheap.

This ink worked fine, but leaked all over the inside of where the cartridge is seated. Now I get a line or blob of black ink at the bottom of every page that I print. This means I either have to get the printer serviced or take it apart and clean the ink area myself to have clean pages print. Just a warning that you may have a hassle later on.
