The cartridge was shipped very quickly, and worked with my Brother MFC-490CW printer without any difficulty. The print quality is equal to the starter cartridge that came with the printer, and it holds about 3 times the ink, so I'm very satisfied.

Seems to work at least as well as OEM cartridge. Service was good; packaging of cartridges was substandard all seem to have suffered some damage, though apparently minor, could be worse when opened.

Quick shipping. These have worked fine in my Brother MFC-490CW for the past year. They're a little smaller capacity than the OEM cartridge, but the cost is so much lower that really isn't a problem.
