Tried to save a few dollars by purchasing the two LD cartridges for my Canon MX410. I installed the 211XL a month ago and it seemed to do fine. Today, the black needed replacing so in went the 210XL I now sit without a printer. To top it off, the color had been fading prior to the black dying which means it is not going to last as long as you would expect. These were not cheap cartridges, less than the Canons, but not cheap. Reading the last line is almost funny as I said not as much as the Canons. When all is said and done, I will have spent more for the ink, for a shorter period of time, and have lost the use of the printer. From now on, I'll stick to the brand name in ink, just use the printer less often. With these LD's, you may get lucky, you might not. The gamble isn't worth it.

Product works as described. No problems at all, even though directions say that a "low ink" message may be displayed every time the printer is used. Haven't gotten that message yet.

Avoid this company. Every time you try to print it gives you a "low ink level" warning (which is stated on a slip in the packaging). "Low ink" actually means "no ink." It was dry the first time I used it and I'm outside the 60 day return policy (because I ordered a backup to keep around). I will order the genuine Cannon part in the future or go to Staples. Sad that so many companies like this exist these days.

I tried to get this to work, but alas it would not. The seller was very helpful and it was not their fault. I went by all the instructions, but my printer would not recognize the cartridge. This was the first from this seller, but not the first remanufactured cartridge, and I have never had a problem, the only thing is that the cannon printer won't show ink levels.
