Works just like a new one, but chapter. It does show low ink at first but after you reset it, its fine.

The product I got was from GO 4 SUPPLY, INC (greattoners).

When I installed it, the printer shows "problem with ink cartridge".

The contacts on the cartridge looked scratched or dented, so cleaning didn't help.

I inserted back the old HP cartridge, and there is not a single issue.

Sending this back for refund thru Amazon FBA.

Some buyers have no issues, maybe I just got a bad one.

This product works very well. I've printed out dozens of pages that turned out as well as if they were brand new HP cartridges. The ink level does show low, but that is to be expected if you read up on the product. I will buy again when needed.
