UPDATE! Buyer beware!!!This was to be my second set of HP 02 "refillable" ink cartridges I ordered from printpayless. The first set stopped working after the first "refill". The "auto reset chips" simply failed and would no longer be recognized by the printer. When I installed the new cartridges I found that the black cartridge of the new set to be defective. I swapped out the black cartridge with an old one that was still half full but then the cyan cartridge failed. I emailed and asked to please have a replacement sent but the seller would only offer to give me a refund. Of course only then if I returned the product at my expense.
So $5 wasted on a defective product and no option to solve my problem other than to re-order another (possibly defective) set of ink cartridges. No thanks.
I ended up purchasing ink cartridges from ebay seller "double2ink" these are superior cartridges with a less sophisticated chip that is much more reliable than the ones printpayless uses.
I suggest looking elsewhere if your looking for Hp 02 ink replacement.

I bought My HP c6180 about three years ago thinking it would be a great product like the HP laser I have had for over twelve years. I couldn't have been more wrong. I have been through countless ink cartridges. Some last only a couple weeks others show up as empty as soon as I install them in the printer. I have wanted to throw this thing through the front window of the HP corporate center since I bought it. Well NO MORE!!! These brilliant little cartridges have bypassed the evil plans of HP to suck the very life out of it's own customers. As soon as I got these I plugged them in to my printer and WA LA!!! all ink levels at 100 percent! For the first time since I've owned the thing I can actually print whatever I want. The colors look great and when I run low (which takes forever now) I just top em off with the refill and BAM 100% again If you've got one of these horrid HP printers and your ready to give up, DON'T! These cartridges are for real and they'll make you happy about your HP ink jet for the first time. They did for me. And don't worry if you have gotten the dreaded "ink system failure" message. that can easily be fixed once you've got some REAL cartridges like these ones.

I didn't choose to buy this product first hand. I usually bought my inks from your typical electronics store as a good little HP consumer should. But then I started to get the "yellow ink of death" issue, after only having the printer for a little over a year; no matter what, the printer always said the brand freaking new, out of box, I-can hear-the-freaking-ink-inside yellow ink cartridge was EMPTY and then you can't print in color and it becomes so very FRUSTRATING.I read lots of horror stories across the internet about how the only solution was to simply buy another "refurbished" printer and how HP tech support sucks a$$. I didn't want to part with my printer, everything works fine as it should but it's was just the ink discrepancy and prevented from using it to its full potential.
So I started doing some research on refillable ink and found these, $30 for all six inks PLUS 20 oz bottles vs. paying $50 bucks from HP directly for only the 6 inks where the majority of the ink depleted through the freaking "printer preparation" process that it likes to run routinely. I've heard it can consume 8% to 10% of the total ink capacity of each cartridge.
So the moment of truth was installing the psuedo-HP yellow ink and see if the printer treated it as all the rest of the genuine HP inks, and lo and behold I've got FULL COLOR! FREAKING AWESOMENESS! Some of the content out on the web talked about the chips in the genuine HP ink chips being defective and went into how only chips from certain countries were of good quality and blah blah blah blah. Screw all that crap, save time and money, and most importantly STICK IT TO HP from selling crappy products to begin with and GET THESE REFILLABLE INKS! It's way cheaper and THEY WORK!!
