This is a follow up review for my previous post: I'm hoping the 100% guarantee works. My MP520 printer shows the following message: "The following ink tank cannot be recognized." I'VE GOT NO INK. Can't even print a return label. DOES NOT WORK!
Recently, after noticing my review, Sophia Global sent me two sets of ink cartridges, and they apologized for my inconvenience. I still have ink in my printer, so I haven't tried the ones they sent yet. At least they are trying; which more than a lot of other companies would do. I'll update again when my current ink runs out.
