As it stands now, these cost over 90% less than the official Epson version. I wasn't expecting them to be perfect and they aren't, but they work and if you don't need crystal clear, dark black printing then you'll be fine. They installed just as easily as the brand name ones, they are fractionally smaller but it hasn't caused a problem. Epson gives you a nice warning when you print saying you aren't using an official cartridge and quality might not be good but it won't stop you printing. What I have done has been fine. There is no difference in the actual quality of the print but there is definitely a dark purple hue to anything black. Not horrible but noticeable if you are looking for it. Kind of like the old printers that had no separate black and created it by mixing the other colors, just not quite as bad.
Overall, you get what you pay for. These seem to do the job just fine but you have to remember that you are paying peanuts for them and the print quality isn't quite as good as the Epson ones.

The cartridges work fine eventually. Took me 4-5 pages of cleaning and test images to get the ink to flow evenly; expect a certain amount of ink drooling and mysterious voids before it starts behaving itself.
Honest reviews on Printronic Remanufactured Ink Cartridge Replacement for Epson
The cartridges work just fine, and at a small fraction of the price you can't complain at all. The only issue is that they tend to contain an inconsistent amount of ink, and significantly less than the manufacturer's own. But again, way cheaper, and easily balances out.

With some remanufactured inks, the quality of the printing suffers. With these, I'm thrilled with the clarity. Worked right out of the box.
