The product was shipped on time and it worked well. I , at first, thought there was a problem with it but discovered that the problem was with the printer, not the ink.

the price is great and the cartridge fits perfect. They do seem to run out a little sooner than the Cannon cart. The color cart. just gets dull in color ( red items turns to light pink) Pictures got alittle dull also but that was only just before the low ink light was activated. I will order theses again. This is my second order.

The color cartridges that came in this set worked fine in my Canon Pixma ip100 printer, but the blacks wouldn't work at all. I've had this experience using other generic brands for this little printer, which is such a bummer because it's so much cheaper. I'd say go ahead and try it if you have some of the good Canon cartridges to mix in with the ones that don't work, but really, it's not worth it. I lost one ip100 already by using the cheaper inks, I tried it again with this brand (different than the generic brand I was trying to use originally that killed the first printer), and it's not printing. I ordered the actual Canon ink today because I really need my printer to print correctly and to not break again because of the generic inks. Bummer :-(
