I only gave this one star because I couldn't give it zero! I have purchased MANY after market inks in the past. So when I purchased a new HP printer, I decided to order replacement ink cartridges, not knowing how long the starters would last. When my original HP black ink ran out, I had 2 EZ Ink back ups on hand. No matter what I did (soaking in warm water, rubbing alcohol, magic incantations of the four letter variety), neither would work. When I contacted EZ Ink they gave me the instructions to "fix" the clog and said sorry, they can't refund or exchange because it's out of warranty. The purchase was made just over 4 months ago, and I am out of luck (and ink). Bad product, bad customer treatment, bad news.

The quality of the printing was horrible. The ink was only printing in spots. I had to keep cleaning the cartidges and it still did not print right. Finally had to remove them and use the original HP ink. Wasted my money!!!

I purchased this ink to save money, but it is not worth it, the ink streaks and 1 of the cartridges did not work at all. a big waste of money. do not buy

I bought the package that contains two black and one color cartridge immediately after installing I received a message in the printer saying incompatible cartridge. Tried several times but the same results I bought original cartridges (more expensive off course) but they immediately worked

While the error message results, it easily bypassed. The XL badge on these cartridges are not indicative of the actual--much less than advertised--capacity for use. I have reverted to genuine HP cartridges!
