When some of the cartridges were vacuum packaged the ink came out in the packages, as a matter of fact it was 4 of the black ones. Even though it had leaked in the package the cartridge still works. I had to get a pair of rubber gloves and paper towels to clean the outside off to be able to handle it and put it in my printer.

The black cartridge either does not print at all on the normal settings or prints so lightly on the darkest printer setting that I opened a second cartridge. The second cartridge was not any better.

I would not recommend this ink. I have not tried the color cartridges yet but the black does not work.
