The product came quickly, unfortunately it was broken upon arrival, however the vendor quickly reissued a new one and emailed a shipping label immediately. B/c we needed this cartridge sooner than later, I looked into Staples and Office Depot for another replacement and these stores would have had to order it since it wasn't in stock and it was at least $40 over the cost from this vendor through Amazon.
