I received this alternative ink solution and was hesitant to try it because it did not look identical to the manufacturer cartridge design. When I first installed the black cartridge the printer took several cycles to prime and pass internal quality testing. Subsequent installations were uneventful, the cartridges both color and black have worked well and saved a great deal of money.

hate this item,I was unable to print any documents ink is either dry old or don't know what was wrong with it ,I would not buy anything also from this vendor waste of my money my time

One of the cartridges was broken. Ink was every where. I contacted the seller and was told that I would received another cartridge. I have not gotten anything to replace that damaged cartridge. You are only as good as your word. Still waiting for the replacement.

The ink cartridges work great. The print quality is just as the originals. I received them in good time. Also, it's the best price I've found yet!
