I'm sure this seller makes very little on each sale of these inks. Nevertheless, they provided better service than I've found with some of the big ticket item companies. I feel that sellers like this are doing their best to make their buyers happy and I know they appreciate good reviews, which is why I have taken the time to write this. If you're on a budget, I'd certainly encourage anyone to try this seller for printer ink and give them a chance to make it right if one of the inks you receive is defective, as mine was. Faulty cartridges probably do happen periodically, but it's worth it for the huge savings. They replaced mine very quickly, and I am having terrific results using these inks.
If you want the details, I have fairly new Canon ip4920 printer and thought I'd check Amazon to see what was available in inks. This printer takes 3 colors and two black inks and I was leery when I saw the 5 pack of all these inks for around $5.88. Decided to try them based on the reviews. There were a few negative reviews, but, heck, for the price, why not give it a try. I needed ink and received the 5-pack in good time.
When I tried the new inks, however, the print was horrible, all bluish and yellowish... a mess. I figured that is what one would expect for this price. However, it occurred to me that it was missing the magenta color so I tried my original canon magenta with the other four Non-OEM inks and, voila, it looked great! I couldn't get the magenta from this seller to work. I printed out a color wheel using the four of the inks from this seller plus the Canon original magenta and compared it with one printed with all original canon inks and I could not detect a difference. The colors on both are excellent.
Soooo... I emailed the Co. from an address found on their site and surprise surprise, I got a personal reply back. They said they would be happy to replace the defective magenta cartridge. It arrived in a few days and I am very pleased to be able to print color greeting cards, photos etc. for practically nothing compared to what I'd been paying for inks for my previous Epson printer and what I would be paying for original Canon inks for my new printer. I actually had been buying non-OEM inks for my previous printer, but they were still five times the price for these inks ($5.99 per cartridge as opposed to $5.88 (roughly) for all five cartridges from this seller).
I'm new to these inks, but so far I'm very impressed. One other thing I found is that my canon printer will tell me that one or more of my inks is out and that I might damage my printer to continue. I was frustrated and going to replace the ink, but my husband said just keep printing even though it shows one or more of my inks as empty or very low. I tried it and couldn't believe that I printed about 20 full page very colorful Christmas letters after getting this notice. These printer Companies sell their printers for very reasonable amounts and make their money on the inks so don't be surprised to get these messages of the need for replacing the ink cartridges. It may be true that you need to replace a cartridge, but go ahead and print until you see the quality deteriorate ... then replace. If, in the future, I find that these inks are not working or I've stated something incorrectly, I will write another review or comment on this one if I can find it ha. Hope this is helpful.

I installed my new Pixma ip4920 with this ink instead of the OEM supplied in the box. My thought was if it didn't work, I still had the OEM to fall back on. Worked like a charm at a better price.
