Product arrived very soon after ordering, in excellent condition. I had a problem with one of the two color carts, but an email to the supplier brought immediate support: a replacement was in the mail, along with a return order to send the bad unit back. No questions, no "We'll see," just good, honest customer service. The second unit has proven to be excellent, and unlike some refills, my printer recognizes the cart and shows ink levels as it would with a new, factory supplied unit. COST is equal to one black cart purchased at Staples. I will use this supplier as long as they are available.

These remanufactured ink cartridges are much cheaper than the ones from Lexmark. I bought a couple and installed them on my printer. They have worked just as well as the OEM ink at a much cheaper price.
One annoying thing is that the printer keeps saying that the ink you have is not made by Lexmark and damage caused by it is not covered under warranty. You have to just ignore these messages and proceed with the printing.
I guess if you need to keep your warranty don't use this kind of ink but if the price for them is so cheap you can use the money you save and buy a new printer. Of course Lexmark doesn't want you to use non-Lexmark ink. They make a hefty profit on the ink and not much on their printers.

I purchased this product with a little reluctance having purchased remanufactured ink cartricges in the past without success. I'm happy to report that these work very well. They were shipped very quickly. Best of all they were really a great bargain. Five ink cartridges were purchassed for less than the price of three Lexmarks. I'm a believer.

I ordered these and started using them on Monday November 7, 2011...and the two I put in, are still in now, and working beautifully. I didn't want to leave a review until I tested out the merchandise; and I'm more than satisfied with this product. No cons about this order; only pros. Works Perfectly! And saved some dollars.
