The first of the two cartridges is in my printer and working well. However, when I opened the foil package to get the cartridge, it must have been smeared with ink. Before removing the tab covering the bottom port, I had ink on 7 fingertips. By the time I got it to drop into my printer, all ten were covered. When I complained to the company, I got a reply that was written by "Peggy's" sister. You know "Peggy", she works for that credit card company in customer service somewhere around the world.

thought I had found a good product then the ink dried up while in printer and the extras I bought found out in foil was dry as well

the cartriges were not series 31. The item did not have a way for you to give a longer discription.

I return them and received a reply from amazon that the funds were returnined to my account.

Did not work in my printer for some reason. Would not print anything when installed in printer.

May have dried out or something like that
