had a few tries that were unsuccessful, not quite clicked in, so the printer wouldn't recognize it.

but then I got it. works just fine. may easily have been operator error.

So far I have only used 1 of the cartridges, but I had no problems whatsoever. I would have been lost on removing the plastic, but luckily someone posted that in their review. The company should send instructions with the product. Other than that, no complaints. If anything changes, I'll revise.....

no directions on how to remove cap that is covered with plastic...then tube insert came out, I have ink all over me and have no idea if the rubber thing is supposed to come out or stay in....the plastic film is very hard to get off, and if this happens to you, keep the gray rubber tube inside...once I got them all off and inserted, had no problems. Printed the same it always has...a real savings in ink, well worth the price

Wanted a quality product that wouldn't cost an arm & a leg to purchase. Got exactly what I ordered, shipped extremely quickly, and better quality than I expected. Definitely will purchase from this vendor again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company and their products. They may not have the rock bottom cheapest ink on amazon, but what they do have more than makes up for it, and they are still pennies on the dollar cheaper than retail.

As far as I know, they operate their company fully in the USA, filling ink cartridges here. So far I have been using the full set of cartridges on my Brother printer and I can tell no difference between their ink and the ink that came with my printer. Can't argue with quality that is as good as retail.

The only problem I had was one of my black cartridges had leaked out in the bag. I contacted them via amazon, and was greeted with a quick response. They shipped me out a replacement cartridge as well as an additional cartridge for my trouble, which was no trouble at all, considering their excellent customer service.

When I received the 2 additional cartridges, I was again surprised to have found them to be the XXL cartridges. It's really hard to beat a company with great prices and even better customer service when you have a problem. Really 10 stars out of 5!
