As far as I can tell it's ever bit as good as the retail version at a fraction of the cost.
Edit: I wanted to mention that when I bought these they were $19.

Never printed many pages before color went bad. In an effort to save money I bought these inexpensive cartridges. It was a complete waste of time and money. Go with higher quality and spend a couple extra dollars.

This is definitely the smart way to get some reduction on those high-priced printer ink items. This seller gracefully apologized for a back-order of supply situation, offering a small refund. That might be the cost of doing business for remanufactured product, but if you are willing to risk the chance that there may be delays, or if you think well ahead of your needs, this may be the way to help keep your cost overhead DOWN!
Honest reviews on 2 packs Remanufactured HP15 & 78 set of ink cartridge. 1 #15 and 1
I was very disatisfied. I had previously ordered ink cartridges for a different printer, that were not quite as good as the originals, but this one was terrible. After installing and printing for about a week. It started printing anything black as if it was bold. VERY BOLD. The color could be seen through to the other side, I was printing on 20 wt paper bought at Office Depot. There were other problems also, they did not last half as long as original HP cartridges. I will stick to original HP cartridges in the future, because it is not a savings if it can not be used.

I cannot tell a difference between this product and the $65 dollar one at retail stores.
