I purchased this ink because it was much cheaper than the genuine Epson ink. It probably took 30 minutes of toying around with the ink cartilages before they worked (I kept getting the error that the ink was not genuine Epson ink, so I had to remove the ink, shake it, place it back in printer multiple times). Luckily the wait was worth it because the ink quality was better than the real Epson ink. These colors were much sharper and move vivid than the Epson genuine ink.

These look cheap, feel cheap, but print exactly the same as the $70 ones!

I orders this ink maybe 4 to 5 days ago, the estimated shipping was for 1/31 to 2/15 i got it today ( the 30th ) so a day early, i put it in my epson cx3810 and there was no problem, the printer confirmed the ink i was using and the print test was a little fuzzy but when i reprinted a page it came out very clear. The money i saved alone on this ink is Amazing. all 10 ink for only 20 dollars at a store ONE ink cartridge is 20-30 dollars for my printer. I highly recommend this company for the fast shipping and great product. I will be a returning customer.

I am a "good deal" hunter, and think that the original ink cartridges for my Epson Stylus CX3810 are a rip off!

That being said, I bought this item and my printer would not accept them. After taking them out and putting them in multiple times and a nice turn on off on off unplug, plugin, shake rattle and roll they _sometimes_ worked.

And with worked I mean i was able to print a spotty text. absolutely useless, unless you like the drama and waste your time. I usually print shipping labels, and this was impossible with these ink cartridges. buy refilled original cartridges... good luck!

The price is certainly right, although the ink works well I am very uncomfortable with the lack of Epson software support.

These cartridges are NOT recognized by the software and thus error messages requiring time and effort are necessary to keep printing.

I wish the manufacturer was able to redesign the "reading" feature to match those of original product design and then you would have the perfect replacement cartridge.
