I received the product damaged with one entire package filled with black ink that had leaked out. When I called the phone # on the package there was a voice message that said the mailbox was full. I have sent 3 emails concerning this issue with no response.

The ink that I purchased was a very bad.
I think Amazon does not really look into their products they sale to customers.
When I was printing from the printer the pictures came out bright red or orange.
ink from this company the Amazon purchase from another state they should look into it.
The cartidge ink disappear before you put it in printer.
The ink is very old I was told by another company.
People in general do not like to get ripped off no matter what.
I call to see if I can get my money back on this items and no response.

I read the reviews and then got the ink cartridges and when the printer needed the next one to be replaced I used one of these. I put it in and then it did it's thing. It works like a charm not one issue has happened that was not human error. I have 2 printers and of course one time I grabbed the wrong one and then it said it could not recognize the cartridge and thought oh great now it won't work just like other people say. I then found that I was trying to use one for the Epson 69 and replaced with the one for the Epson 78 and yikes again then I got my glasses on and found what I did wrong. I have been using the cheaper cartridges for nearly one full year and have not had any problems as long as I use the proper number with the printer. I would say if you are looking for a way to print and save money this is your ticket . I will always use this rather than genuine Epson ink for the money that I save is incredible and if for some reason the printer pooped out then I would purchase one more as the cost to the ink to the printer is almost the same ( I think the printer was 129.00 1 year ago and the ink is around 89.00) So using this ink is saving me loads of money. The quality of the prints is the same as if you are using the genuine and I can not see a difference and others say the same thing.

This product had the poorest quality I have ever witnessed. It took a while to clean this ink from my printer and to have it functing properly again. This was very upsetting for me because I never expected to get something like this on amazon.com.
