I ordered a pair, but one wasn't being recognized by the printer the seller promptly sent a replacement. The new carts work perfectly! They came in good shape, quickly, and the printer instantly recognized them nice, considering how particular some HPs can be with 3rd and refilled party cartridges. The colors are as good as the originals, and these have lasted longer than the last set. I'll continue to buy these, whenever we need to use the inkjet printer.

The ink cartridge replacement work as expected. No problem with the out of ink error that other may have experienced. Both black and color printed vivid dark and sharp color just like new HP ink cartridge. Had it for more than 3 months now, text and photos still printing with sharp color. The ink cartridge works well. It arrived ahead of schedule which is always nice. I'll see if it lasts as long as it states, but for nw I am quite pleased with it and the price I paid for it. I routinely get messages from my HP printer that the cartridges are not detected or that printer is out of ink. This is just an attempt on HP's part to try and force owners of HP printers to buy their ink. The printer will send the same message if I use refilled HP cartridges. I find that turning the printer off for a few minutes can correct this or if you are adept, you can go into printer software and disable ink detector.The cartridges were fine and so was the service. Order was shipped faster than predicted.
