I purchased 2 hp color cartridges and neither of them worked with my hp4500 printer. I kept getting an error message that my printer didn't recognize the cartridges. it seems that the refurbish wasn't effective enough to make it actually work with all printers, even though it was specifically described as being an effective replacement for all hp ink.

It seems to be working alright now. I have been having a lot of problems with the black cartridges. If the color cartridge starts to act -up I will let you know.
