Tried this several times and it never worked to reset my cartridges. Would not recommend this product to a friend. It simply does not work.

I own a canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II and spending hundreds of dollars on cartridges. I am tired of spending all this money on printer cartridges that I bought replacement ink bottles. The one thing i need to complete this traction was this chip resette for my cartridges. It work great and make the cartridges communicate to the printer as full. Wish it was not made of plastic but you get what you pay for.

I bought a refill kit for the Canon "chipped" cartridges, and couldn't find a way reset the printer with the refilled cartridges. This device resets the cartridges and worked perfectly! No more irritating messages from the printer.

There really isn't much to say about this thing except it works.

The picture shown has a red Resetter, the one I received was blue. Since the color has no bearing on the functionality of the Resetter I didn't ding them for the cosmetic difference. The reason I bought it was for the chip resetting ability, and that part worked extremely well. Every cartridge I have put in it has been recognized by my printer.
