when I received them they looked good but after opening the plastic wrap the ink exploded. not sure if it was the altitude at 8500 feet on not.

I received the product very quickly and have already used one black to print I know close to if not over 500 pages. Very good product at a very good price. Did not leak one drop. I also used the cyan right away no problems.

the first one leaked all over. it was a good thing I had it over a waste basket I must have lost most of the ink.. I threw it away. the second one leaked but I was ready for it..i used it and it must of sealed itself off when I attached it to the printer. I half expected it to leak all over the inside of the printer. so far not doing that. it is a good think it is water based.

These cartridges did not do well on my printer, and became useless. I didn't bother consulting the merchant, since the black ink seemed to work and the cost of that for a real Lexmark ink was still more, but I'd steer away from these.

When I opened that packaging to install them in my printer, they leaked all over. My hands and printer was a mess. They didn't work in the printer. The printer kept getting an error message, stating that the wrong cartridges were installed.
