These ink cartridges by Sophia Global are excellent. I was burned once buying "no name" ink cartridges and heard many horror stories from others trying "comparable ink", so have stuck only with brand name ink. I decided to try one more time to save money, and luckily I chose the Sophia Global brand from Amazon. The cartridges are just as good as the Canon cartridges I was using the quality is excellent and the price is much better. I bought this single Sophia black ink cartridge to test its quality and after having it installed for three weeks (with occasional home use) it seems to work fine. It was delevered timely and the packing included a slip with the vendor's 800 service number and an invitation to call if there were any problems. It also stated that the cartridge was warranted against defects for one year.I have now ordered and received their multi-pack with two cartridges of all the colors to have in reserve. I have not yet used any of these. The low prices combined with the quality guarantee suit me.
