well, maybe it is just my printer, but when i installed this item , it said, Empty! I paid almost 30 dollars and my printer won't print.

The outside of the box had some sharpie scribbled on it, but who cares? The inside pkg was unopened, and in perfect shape. Ink works great. Really good deal for the price. I would deffinitely order again. Think I'll order one today for backup. Ships quick too.

I haven't put the cartridge into my printer to date (9/25/13), but the timing of receipt of the product was superb! I hope it's not dried out.
