I recently moved to the US for an expat assignment and took my EU MP620 printer. When my first cartridge ran out I initially ordered the official Canon US cartridge for the MP620 assuming it would work even though the code number was slightly different. Well...even though it's exactly the same it doesn't work. Canon wants to control pricing regionally so they have build in a "protection". So they have lost my business. This cartridge works, is MUCH cheaper and I'm not seeing a performance difference. Never a Canon again.
