I was having trouble with the HP color ink cartridge in my printer so I decided to buy a remanufactured one rather than shelling out for an expensive HP cartridge. this brand cartridge works perfectly in my printer and the color quality is great!

Great price. I have had a few of these. They work great until they don't. It could be the printer but changing the cartridge always clears the problem. I never get a out of ink type of error. The error has been invalid cartridge etc after printing many colorful sheets. At this price I just keep a few in reserve. A plus is that they send a recycle bag and they pay the postage.

** update 7/4/12 ** It worked about a week and now is giving that familiar message "Cartridge Error: Cartridge on left must be replaced".

I bought this in February, 2012 and installed it in early March. Two months later the printer started showing an error concerning this cartridge. Plenty of ink inside, so I cleaned the contacts and reinstalled. Still getting the 'check the color cartridge' error message. I put another cartridge in and the error went away.

Hmmm. 2-3 color pages/week for 9 weeks: less than 30 color pages for $5. Not exactly a great deal.

I have long been a fan of refurbished HP cartridges, and by and large I have had great success. I ordered 2 HP 95 ink cartridges from Amazon, to be fulfilled by OCProducts. They arrived promptly (5 stars for that), but one of the cartridges was not in a sealed plastic envelope. The second was properly packaged.

I can only conclude that OCProducts decided to pawn off a returned cartridge to me.

While the cartridge was accepted by the printer and aligned properly, I have little hope of it lasting more than a few pages unsealed cartridges tend to dry out rather rapidly.

A DAY LATER: Now the good news. I contacted OCProducts, and a replacement (hopefully sealed) is being shipped. Changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.
