I do not print often, just a document now & then. The first time used printing was good. Next time used (about 1 month later) black cartridge does not print. Did a test print copy & color cartridges faintly print, but no black. Very dissatisfied with this product.

I have used Sophia Global ink cartridges for three different printers. I have been very pleased with the quality of the product each time. The printed colors are almost identical to those produced by the OEM, the cartridges appear to be brand new (not recycled), I get the entire set of cartridges for about the price of one OEM cartridge and they arrive at my door in just a couple of days. I see only 'pros' and no 'cons'.
