These off-brand printer cartridges ruined my Dell printer and are not worth the savings in my opinion. They did not "click" into place perfectly like true Dell cartridges do. Even the packaging and instructions appeared cheap and suspect, but I went ahead and installed them. The first couple of pages printed okay, but when I tried to use the "copy" function on my printer the page came out with ink literally dripping from it. I removed the cartridge thinking it was a fluke, but the second cartridge did the same thing. Several attempts to clean up the mess left me with ink stains on my desk, papers, clothes and hands, and an error message on the printer. I wasted an hour troubleshooting before I finally surrendered and called Dell. Thankfully the printer was still under warranty; Dell had to send me a new printhead. (It arrived the very next day, along with new Dell ink cartridges!) Dell recommends using only Dell printer cartridges but I was trying to save a few bucks. In the end it wasn't worth it. Thank you Dell!
