I received this product, put in into the printer and the printer said take out and put in again. Did so several times and printer still would not work so put in the old ink cartridge and the printer work so there is something wrong with the new cartridge. Contacted seller and they are sending a new one right away. Good serves. Now I wait to see if new one works!!!
