This is my second CISS and first from Hotzone 360. This one works perfect with no problems or errors. I even ordered the incorrect one for my model and Michale sent out the correct chips to fix it. Great product and customer service.

One of the best investments I have made for my business. If you use a lot of ink, this is the way to go. I have been using it over the Christmas Season rush and it has already paid for itself in ink cartriges I would have gone through. Fairly easy to install and works perfectly with my Epson artison 730 printer. !!! A great combination !!! Thanks for this great product.

This is the second Cis from hotzone360. The first was for an Artisan 830 and would not work on the 837 because Epson changed the chipset . New one for the 837 works great. Easy to install. Profiled the printer with a Colormunki photo using Epson ink and the Cis inks. Could not see any difference between Epson ink and the cis ink on a test print.

Delivered on time. Easy to install, I have an Epson artisan 830 and went exactly by the video. No problems. Have a small amount of air/absence of ink in the lines. Sent an email to hot zone but have not received a response.

Product looks and feels in high quality! With a little change to the color settings it prints beautiful photos on my Epson 703 and matches with the screen (macbook pro) very well. Will buy again if my printer is still working after I finish this ink.
