Even though I received my order pretty quick, the cartridge I received must be defective. It did'nt print well from the beggining
it got better after a while but still doesn't have the quality of a OEM unit. I only it use for household prints and kids homework, so I decided to keep it instead of going thru the return/reorder ordeal. Thanks

Met my expectations. The price was cheaper if I have bought it through a brick and mortart store or from Lexmark.

I ordered this because I seem to run out of color more than black and when I put it into the printer worked just fine. Did come without the outer packaging which is fine and just put this cartridge in my printer and it works fine.

The color ink cartridge was advertised as new and unused. However, after opening the sealed wrapper, it was covered in green ink. Not only was the wrapper a mess, but so were my hands. I cleaned it up and placed it in the printer, but most items I've printed do not come out in true color. For example, the yolks of eggs are green instead of yellow, and all printed phots are terrible I will not order from this company again, and will certainly not recommend it to anyone. I've used this brand for years and have normally purchased it from Target without any problems. Apparently, the people that supplied this product through Amazon are not reliable.

I'm extremely disappointed. I've had this cartridge for 4 months and have printed less than 100 pages with it. All of the sudden, my printer is insisting it's an incorrect cartridge. I've tried reinserting the cartridge multiple times. It's very upsetting to pay so much money for a correct cartridge, only for it to not be recognized.
