Ordered this twin pack because my printer was desperately low on color ink and I didn't want to make the trek to the Big Box Office Supply Store. Package arrived in a timely manner and in good order. Removed the protective tape from the new color cartridge, removed the old one from the printer, and dropped in the new one. Printer didn't register. Took it out, shook it, popped it back in--printer still reported "cartridge missing." Took it out, checked the coppery coating on the contacts, all appeared to be in order, dropped it in the slot and pushed it in to see if it would click, but no dice. After a week, I went to the Big Box Office Supply Store and bought a color cartridge, removed the protectie tape, pulled out the "new" color cartridge I had ordered via Amazon seller, popped in the one I just purchased, and the printer recognized it right away. Works like a charm. Learned my lesson. Anyway, even though I bought the twin pack via Amazon seller, I haven't dared try the black ink cartridge because I just don't want to deal with twin disappointment. Buyer beware.

Purchased the cartridge "twin" pack about a month ago. I do A LOT of printing. I've already started on a new color cartridge and about ready to change the black. All in all I can't see any difference to anything I've bought in an office supply store. I got about 175 sheets out of the color and these included a photo and print.
